If anyone is interested in comparing recipe formulations for the March 14 Big Brew to look at possible bulk grain or hop purchases, let me know. We could save a few bucks buying full bags of grain via a homebrew shop or 1 lb bags of hops on the internet. I still have lots of American style leaf hops in the freezer that need to be used....specifically 3/4 lb each of Bravo (13.5%) and Centennial (7.1%) and am willing to share (need to do a sniff to check the freshness). |
